Hi Stampers,

Today I'd like to share with you a card we made at Dawn's workshop yesterday . . . it uses a few Sale-a-bration products that you can get for free until the end of the month.

For this card I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set, Happy Moments, Designer Series Paper Pad, Welcome Neighbor, and the Scallop Trim Border punch!  Beside the Sale-a-bration products I used Whisper White card stock, Basic Black classic ink, Two-Way Glue Pen and Dazzling Diamonds.

To get the different colored packages I stamped in Basic Black ink onto designer paper.  Then I cut out each package and attached them to the whisper white card stock.

Vintage Voge

Hi Stampers,

Today I'd like to share with you another card we made at Tianna's workshop this past weekend.  it uses the stamp set, Vintage Voge.

Colors used are Camero Coral and Apricot Appeal.  We also used the Sale-a-bration punch and some Whisper White ribbon.

Hi Stampers,

Today I'd like to share with you one of the cards we made at Tianna's workshop yesterday, which uses a couple of Sale-a-bration stamp sets.

The stamps I picked for this card are Happy Moments and Whimsical Words.  I stamped the presents in Basic Black and then used my markers to color them in.

The designer paper comes from the Sunny Day scrapbook kit, which is the kit we're using on Saturday to make 25 cards at the Well in Monmouth.  I still have a couple of spots open if you'd like to join us please let me know ASAP.

Well the fun in St. Louis continues. . . . yesterday we went up in the Arch and did the boat show.  Today I think we'll head to Mills mall and do some shopping.  There is talk of ice skating, but of  since I'm prego I guess I'll just watch and take pictures.

Today I have another card to share with you today that uses the Sale-a-bration stamp set, Happy Moments.  It also used the Sale-a-bration punch!!!

For this card I dug out my water color pencils and my aqua painter to color in the flowers.

Vintage Labels

Happy Valentine's Day!!!  My family is still in St. Louis for the weekend and today we're going to check out the boat show. :o)

Happy Moments

Hi Stampers,

We'll the weekend is almost here, and I have been trying to get ready. . . . for the second year in a row my family is off to St. Louis with friends for a long holiday weekend of shopping and the boat show.  I'm kinda scared this year, because I have a fear we'll come home with a boat.  Well we won't really come home with a boat because I'm making sure we take the car, but we might have to go back another weekend an pick up a boat. :o)

Since we are going to be gone all weekend, and card clubs are next week I have a lot of projects to plan and card stock to cut before I can go to bed Friday night. :o)  I have 2 of my 5 cards designed and cut, so I'm closer than I was last night.

For card club I am using Sale-a-bration sets, and stamps from the occasions mini catalog. . . one of the sets I want to use for club, but haven't yet is the Sale-a-bration set, Happy Moments.

Since I haven't designed my card yet, I'd like to share with you one I pulled from the Stampin' Up! website.

Happy Moments (Pop-Up cake die)

Hi Stampers,

I am very excited to share with you the 4th card design for Saturday's Make and Take class at The Well (South Main Street, Monmouth).  There is still time to sign up. . . just let me know ASAP if you'd like to come.  Cost is $20 and we start at 10am.

This card uses a couple of stamp sets. . . the first stamp set, is a Sale-a-bration set called, Happy Moments and the other set is called On Your Birthday.

Card Stock used is: Mellow Moss, Pretty in Pink, So Saffron and Whisper White.

This card will fold shut and fit into a "regular" aka medium size envelope.  You should have seen Blake's face when I showed him the card. . . talk about excited to see what was inside.

Vintage Labels

Hi Stampers,

Today I'd like to show you a very simple card I made using the Sale-a-bration stamp set, Vintage Labels.

First I took my Very Vanilla card stock and ran it through my Big Shot using the new Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  Then I mounted it onto Elegant Eggplant.  The Very Vanilla card stock is actually 4 x 10-1/2" and it was folded in half. . . meaning that's what you'll open.  The piece of Elegant Eggplant is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2.

Then I took a piece of Elegant Eggplant card stock and attached it to the card.  The Scallop Circle was punched out using the punch after I stamped the images from the Vintage Labels.  I used the 1" Circle punch to punch Best Wishes out of Very Vanilla card stock and attached it with a Stampin' Dimensional.

To finish the card off I used the matching 1/4" Elegant Eggplant Grosgrain Ribbon and attached it with a mini glue dot.

Once I decided on the color of this card it took no time at all to stamp and assemble.

Vintage Vogue & Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel

Yesterday we talked about the January 31st Mom and Me class. . . and today I'd like to talk about the Saturday, February 6th Make and Take class at The Well in Monmouth.  This class starts at 10am.  I LOVE having make and takes in Monmouth at the Well, because I love having the chance to visit with stampers over lunch.  The well has a great cheeseburger, and anyone who attends regularly knows what I always have for lunch. :o)

Today I'd like to share with you the first card you will get to stamp at the Well.  Actually you'll get to stamp 2 of these cards as you stamp a total of 8 cards (2 of 4 designs) and 4 12x12 scrapbook pages.

Vintage Labels - SAB set!

Hi Stampers,

Today I have another card to share with you that I made with friends a few weeks ago.   Are you thinking how many projects did you get to make???  Well I think there was 8 total. :o)

This card uses the Vintage Labels stamp set, which is a Sale-a-bration stamp set.  The best thing about it being a Sale-a-bration stamp set is that it's FREE with a $50 purchase.  Remember you can shop online 24/7 at http://www.georgiacaulkins.stampinup.net/. 

Other supplies used are: Old Olive card stock, Pumpkin Pie card stock & classic ink pad, Whisper White card stock and Sweet Pea designer series paper.  Of course I used various circle punches and my Scallop Circle punch to punch the card stock and DSP.

The Happy Birthday is also from the Vintage Labels stamp set and if you look close you can see the Pumpkin Pie card stock was stamped then punched out using the Scallop Circle Punch.  After I stamped Happy Birthday on the Whisper White card stock I used a Stampin' Dimensional to "pop" it up.  The 1/4" Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon was attached using a glue dot, and the Whisper White card stock was ran through the Big Shot using the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder.

Mini Milk Carton

Hi Stampers,

Today I've got a special 3D project to share with you that I made at a friends house last weekend.  It uses the new Stampin’ Up! Mini Milk Carton Die, which can be found on page 23 of the Occasions Mini Catalog.

Now the other side.

The project shown above also used Whisper White Craft Ink, Sweet Pea Stitched Felt and the Sale-a-bration stamp set, Vintage Labels.  The clear window was created by using the 1" circle punch and a small piece of the window sheet.

Fill this cute milk carton with a tasty treat! This new size Bigz™ L die measures 6" x 8-3/4" and can cut through paper, card stock, window sheets, and vellum to create boxes. Use this die with standard or extended cutting pads (IB&C 194). For best results, use with premium or extended crease pad (IB&C 194).

Happy Moments

Hi Stampers,

Well I had high hopes of sharing a stamping creation with you today that I stamped with my new stamps, but last night I only got as far as putting some of my stamps together.  However, I did have fun with the ladies and kids who attended my Mom & Me class and after everyone left I spent the night wrapping Christmas gifts.  Last year I was still wrapping on Christmas eve, and it's a goal this year NOT to be wrapping on Christmas eve.
