We had the final Stampin' Up! card club for 2011 tonight. . . this means new card clubs start in January!!!

Right now I have ONLY 3 spots open. . . . choose from the 2nd Wednesday or 2nd Thursday of the month club. Each month you make 5 cards which I have designed for you (you do NOT have to be an experience stamper to join us) . . . the only obligation is to purchase $25 from the Stampin' Up! catalog(s) for your personal use.

Clubs will run from January-June so at the end of the club you will have made 30 cards.

Happy Halloween

Hi Stampers,

I hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween.  Our kids had so much fun this year trick-or-treating, and Blake really enjoyed his Halloween party at school.

For the treat bags you can bet I had to make them using my big shot!  The boys had pumpkins and the girls got witches.

The kids loved them!  Here is a picture of Blake with his teacher, Mrs. K.

For Halloween Blake was a lego and Callie Ann was a puppy!

Halloween Punch Art

Mattoxx's Birthday

Last week was my nephew Mattoxx's 1st birthday and you can bet I had to make him a card.  The theme was Mickey Mouse, so I searched for a Mickey card and found one using "punch art". . . I just knew I wanted to case it and here's what I came up with.

Wilhelmina's Birthday Card

Hi Stampers,

Last night Blake brought home a birthday invitation for Wilhelmina's 6th birthday party . . . she is a girl in his kindergarten class.  Since we will be at the Caulkins' family reunion during party time he can't go.  Bless his heart he wanted to take a birthday card to her, and he wanted it to have a "barbie" on it.

Well as you know Stampin' Up! does not have any barbie stamps since they are trademarked. . . but we have a stamp set called, Little Princess, that I knew would work!

Since it was for a girl I had to go with Pretty in Pink for the main color. . . add a little ribbon and rhinestones for bling and it was done!

What do you think?  I think it turned out so cute that card club members might be making one just like it this month!

BAB Onesie

Hi Stampers,

Last summer I decorated some onesie for the stamp fair. . . well just the other day I put Callie Ann into one of them.  She was so cute!

Now a picture of Miss Callie Ann. . . She has almost out grown this outfit. . . . who knows. . . maybe #3 will be wearing it next year. :o)

And there she goes. . . it was hard to get a good picture of her, but that's what happens when you have a 14 month old running around. :o)

Today I'd like to share with you a card made using the stamp Hello, Doily.  Better than the real thing, this intricate doily design comes in all colors since you can stamp it in any of our inks! Use this gorgeous artwork with other coordinating products from our Flirtatious suite.

The stamp was embossed with clear embossing powder then I used a sponge dauber to make it "pop"!

The birthday phrase comes from the Hostess Set, Happiest Birthday Wishes!

p.s.  Before I go I almost forgot to share with you a couple of pictures from the weekend.  My family took a road trip up to "Chicagoland" to see and ride on Thomas the Train!  Even though it rained on us for about 1 1/2 hours we still had a great time!
