Last night I was in a basket swap with 43 demonstrators. . . it was so much fun, but a very late night. . . after all I was stamping with the Late Night Stampers. :o) I got tons of wonderful card ideas to share with you . . . you'll be making some of these in up coming make and takes as well as in card club and I'm sure I'll be sharing some here too!
Today is Check in Day for Convention . . . shopping the memento mall, getting my new bag with convention stamp sets, picking up my award for having over $20K in sales (thanks to you my wonderful customers) and touring the home office in Riverton!!!! Lots going on . . . and I'm sure I don't have to tell you I'M EXCITED!!! :o)
For the sample today I'd like to share with you the little gift I made from my roommate Wendy and other Stampattic's members, Kathy & Nancy.
With the help of my mother (thanks mom) and her button machine I made each stamper a name button for their convention bag or to be used however they choose. They also got a post it note holder with the Stampin' Up! logo on the cover. For this I used covered coasters with DSP and then used my bind-it-all to attach the two coasters together. And of course a gift wouldn't be a gift without chocolate!!! (Peanut M&M's in a cello bag tied with the new In Color Polka-dot Ribbon!)
Below you can see where I put my button . . . I wanted to let other demos know I too was a SU demonstrator on my way to convention!!! And you know how they say to put something on your bag so that you know it's yours. . . I used the In Color Polka-dot ribbon!!! :o)
Besides giving gifts I got a gift too!!! Kathy, my upline, made us all bag tags. . . here is mine!!!
