I had a chance to go online and check out some of the cards in the Stampin' Up! Library and just knew I had to share this card with you. All of the supplies are listed below. I'm guessing the stamper used the ink refills to drag the color onto the glossy card stock. For this technique you can use sponges, daubers, paper towel or even baby wipes!
