Style Watch - Retro Fresh - Part 1

Hello Stampers and Happy Monday!

Quick questions. . . have you had a chance to check out any of the style watches in the front of the catalog? I often find myself flipping through the first pages of the catalog in a hurry to see the hostess only stamp sets and miss all of the wonderful information SU put right there for me.

This week I'd like to focus on each of the Style Watches in the Stampin' Up! catalog. The first style watch I want to talk about is the Retro Fresh collection. Also this week I'll show you samples from the Manhattan and Sweet Bella collections.

The Retro Fresh collection updates a retro style with a fresh twist. Bright, vivid colors and bold patterns bring a playful look to your handcrafted creations. Funky images and patters featuring flowers and birds help create the distinctive Retro Fresh Style.

Would you like to see some samples??? Well you are in luck. I have five samples to show you today and there will also be more from the Retro Fresh collection tomorrow! All of these photos were taken at Leadership 2009 with the exception of the last photo. A special thanks to Julia J., Julie S. and Kathy T. for sharing their photos with me, since I was unable to attend Leadership this year.

This first cards used the stamp sets Good Friend (113740 $28.95) and Fundamental Phrases (114968 $37.95)! I love the colors and buttons!

The second cards used the stamp set Cheep Talk (113204 $26.95) and the new Good Morning Sunshine Designer Series Paper (DSP). Do you like how the folded down the top left corner of the DSP? What a great way to show both sides of Stampin' Up!'s fabulous double sided DSP.

This last card also uses the Cheep Talk stamp set as well as the Good Morning Sunshine DSP. The Kiwi Kiss button is from Button Bouquet (112092 $7.95) and the Chocolate Chip ribbon from Valet (Ribbon Originals 114318 $12.95). Love it!!!

This next project is just too cute! It uses the On Board So Tweet (113893 $14.95). They added some Kiwi Kiss Stripped Ribbon to the top of the box and you can carry it around. If you attended the Bash on the 31st you had a chance to look at the one Julia made. (Shown below)

Julia did a great job! What a wonderful gift to give!

If you turn your catalog to page 10 you will find coordinating stamp sets and coordinating accessories as well as more samples! Remember if you'd like to receive a catalog for free you can either book a workshop and earn hostess benefits too, or you can place an order on my website: http://www.georgiacaulkins.stampinup.net/. Stampin' Up! is giving away catalogs to the first 22,000 orders.

Thanks for stopping by, and I look forward to blogging with you tomorrow!
